Terry and Candy are indeed wonderful human beings, full of stoke and aloha. I had Terry make me an 11’0′” Legacy last spring and I got to ride it for a few sessions in May and July (board is in CA, I’m currently living in Brasil) and it was a joy to ride. Terrific glide yet a surprisingly good turner (especially with a flexy fin, a la JT V-Flex) and just a gas. Sessions at Cardiff and Malibu blew my little mind. =^D While I still haven’t met up with them–we were supposed to last summer but family obligations got in the way–I hope to try again this summer. Hopefully I’ll be placing another order too. Terry and Candy, if you read this: Thanks so much!

Was Terry ever a school teacher in San Diego during the 60“s ? My first custom board was shaped by a Terry Martin around 1963.

I got a board shapped by Terry back in 67 i believe. Its gorgeous. Some guy offered 10 grand at huntington beach, but i gladly declined because of how gorgeous this thing is.
