She’s been through 21states, multiple ex-girlfriends, snowstorms with black ice on the road in Texas, road sodas and close calls over the Hoover Dam, flooding in Central Florida causing her to stall on the account of water making it into the distributor, police pursuits, being peed on, most of our major metropolises, and is prone to parking tickets. I wash her on alternate Tuesdays and we both plan on getting matching tattoos, her on a surfboard in the tube with me driving in a Ed Roth/Ratfink aesthetic. That’s how I carry boards in my ’65 wagon!! The car is so massive that I rarely use the luggage rack on the roof for carrying boards. They easily fit inside the car. This picture reminds me of my own car and makes me smile.
