Lisbon, Portugal June 14–16, 2011. SAL (Portuguese for SALT) intends to show the artistic and alternative side of surfing – its way of life and its eclectic reach in society. From big waves to fun little waves, urbanscapes to faraway destinations, warm tropical waters to 6mm rubber armours, it’s the true spirit of surfing that really matters. Submissions are open until May 15, for feature films, short films, or any format you want to submit. Prizes will be awarded for the best productions, after being selected and voted on by our screening panel.
