The edge kneeboard was designed by George Greenough in the early 1970's and in the past few years George is back at it. He has been shaping stand-up edge boards for the likes of Rasta and Ellis Ericson. Bay area shaper Marc Andreini has been collaborating with Greenough over the past few months and tweaking the design. In this video Matt Grote and Kyle Kennelly surf the edge board in a variety of conditions with varying results. The edge board is not the next fish, but it is a design to keep an eye on.
