Cindy Whitehead is a California native and pro skateboarder who grew up surfing and skating by the Hermosa Beach Pier. Recently inducted into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame, Cindy was one of the first girls to ride pools and halfpipes in the late '70s.

Innermost Limits of Pure Edge
The edge kneeboard was designed by George Greenough in the early 1970's and in the past few years, George is back at it. He has been shaping stand-up edge boards for the likes of Rasta and Ellis Ericson. Bay area shaper Marc Andreini has been collaborating with Greenough over the past few months and tweaking the design. Matt Grote and Kyle Kennelly surf the edge board in a variety of conditions with varying results.
